About the Artist

Rick Poole currently resides in the beautiful hills of middle Tennessee, but his subjects span across a lifetime of travels: Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, Paris, 

Italy, and Switzerland, just to name a few. As an avid outdoorsmen, he is mostly drawn to landscapes. Whether painting plein air or simply using recollections from nature, Rick aims to capture not just a scene, but a moment in time.

Rick is a member of the Oil Painters of America and the American Impressionist Society. Rick's pieces have been recognized at the Martin Masters Exhibitions, among other local art shows. His work is also displayed at the Depot Gallery in Red Lodge, Montana and treasured in homes across the Southeast.
